Terms of Use

1. Service

Moshtarak is a cloud service for remote control of the MTTL-W01 smart power strip (switching, schedules/timers, energy metering) from the browser, after one-time setup from the Android app.

2. Trial & subscription

Every new account gets a free 24-hour trial with full features. After that, a yearly EGP 250 subscription is required. Payment is manual: Vodafone Cash to +201026567788 or InstaPay, receipt via WhatsApp — activation is manual, usually within hours. No auto-renewal: we warn you a month before expiry; without renewal, control pauses but your data is kept.

3. Refunds

If the service doesn't work for you for technical reasons on our side within 14 days of payment, message us on WhatsApp for a refund. After activation and use, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

Your account is your responsibility: don't access others' accounts or misuse the service. Abuse may suspend the account.

5. Safety

The strip switches real 220V mains. Don't exceed its rating (16A / 3520W), and don't rely on schedules for safety-critical uses (e.g. medical devices). Connected loads are your responsibility.

6. Liability

Service "as is". Our maximum liability is your yearly subscription fee. Not liable for your or your ISP's internet outages.

7. Changes & contact
